Paid Products Addendum: Choosing What Matters

This addendum applies specifically to paid offerings from The Travel Well Project, including but not limited to Choosing What Matters and any associated materials, worksheets, frameworks, or libraries.

This addendum supplements (and does not replace) the Terms of Use above.

Nature of the Offering

Choosing What Matters is an educational decision framework designed to support clearer, more intentional travel choices.

It is not:

A coaching or consulting engagement
A guarantee of outcomes, satisfaction, or enjoyment
A substitute for professional advice, travel planning services, or personal judgment

Results vary based on individual circumstances, constraints, and application.

Access and License

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for personal use only.

You may not:

Share login credentials or materials with others
Replicate, resell, or redistribute any part of the program
Use the materials to create derivative products or services

This license may be revoked if these terms are violated.

Conditional Return Policy (30 Days)

Choosing What Matters includes immediate access to proprietary digital materials. A conditional 30-day return policy is offered to support thoughtful participation and good-faith evaluation.

You may request a return within 30 days of purchase provided that all of the following conditions are met:

You have worked through all core materials included in the program
You have completed the Personal Travel Decision Map or equivalent required exercises
You are willing to share your completed results or reflections as part of the return request
The materials have been used for personal evaluation only
No substantial portion of the program has been copied, shared, or redistributed
You have not used the materials to create derivative products, services, or decision frameworks for others

Approved returns will result in a refund of the purchase price. Requests that do not meet these conditions, or that are submitted after 30 days, are not eligible.

This policy exists to encourage genuine engagement with the work while protecting its integrity.

Personal Responsibility and Decision-Making

You acknowledge that:

You are solely responsible for your travel decisions and outcomes
The framework supports decision clarity, not certainty
External factors (costs, availability, health, timing, logistics) remain outside the control of The Travel Well Project
